How soon we forget. Yesterday, before Bennie Thompson made that statement the U.S A.G. Merrick Garland had already said to a TV reporter: I can tell you: The (my team) of (Federal) prosecutors are watching every minute of the Jan 6 hearings.

The panel won't have to refer anything, they just have to keep the show going on a few more weeks. Merrick Garland's team of prosecutors are writing up criminal indictments of Donald Trump as we speak.

Going to be an interesting day for primary elections in several states today. S. Carolina for one has 2 Trump endorsed challengers to the 2 incumbent republican senators.
