Here's a simple litmus test.
Take two rich people. Wipe their ass with $100 bills type rich.
Put them on the same street… they walk past the same poor, down trodden, homeless soul.
RichMan_1 - Walks past and looks down on this soul with no empathy.
RichMan_2 - Stops to give the soul the rest of a fresh box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts purchased just down the street and has only eaten maybe 3-4 of them. Seeing this soul up the street, has enough time to slip a $100 in the box.
Money and Success is not inherently evil…
It's how you earn that money, and what you do with that money that matters.
Maybe that soul has a terrible addiction to something. Maybe they're clean sober and just down on their luck.
Do you judge a person you've never met and assume the $100 is just going in their arm?
Or do you show compassion for another soul whose story you do not know.
