Sometimes compassion for the perpetrator is cruelty towards the victim.

“He who becomes compassionate to the cruel will ultimately become cruel to the compassionate.”

When people read the Bible and think it is terrible that the Israelites killed their enemies, do they ever ask themselves what the enemies were guilty of doing? Most of the time their enemies were guilty of child sacrifice.

When you are kind to the cruel, you are being cruel to the kind.

This is what happens when people don't really understand that the basis for Christianity is that we are all sinners. Christians are still sinners, from birth to death.

The difference between Christians and non-Christians is that Christians know that they are sinners and that the only way that their sins can be absolved is thru the blood & sacrifice of Jesus Christ their Lord & Savior.

Paul said a lot of good things.

But he was a male chauvinist.

Jesus admonished his apostles when they tried to dis the women.

Paul seemed to think that Adam could have resisted the temptations of Satan.

Paul blames woman for Original Sin.

Would Eve have eaten the fruit if it was offered to her by Adam and not by the Devil, or would she have told Adam to go scratch?

I think Satan knew that he could fool Eve, but it only took Eve to fool Adam.

1 Timothy 2:14

New International Version

14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.

But they don't mention who is being discriminated against or stigmatized because they figure that everyone knows who, right?

The fact that they feel that they need to rename it for that reason, is in and of itself, discriminating and stigmatizing.
