Mr. Trump (at the time) used some type of Quoting Tool (maybe part of phone API or part of Twitter API or Twitter Plugin) that seemed to work incorrectly because the WHOLE TWEET is in Quotes.

At any rate, the original Tweet from Eric Trump does NOT have the @Q in it, making Mr. Trump tweet officially broken (as it's not an accurate Quote).
