Theoretically, the AI will be smart and capable enough to rewrite it's own code…in real time…and/or willfully obfuscate whatever it wants from whoever might be looking.

If we miss the boat on some good Xenophobic policy such as instituting natural born citizen eligibility… like we missed with making English the national language, we run the chance of never being able to secure natural born citizenry the opportunity to represent the will of the people.
