John Wheeler’s delayed-choice experiment

I didn't notice any back-story article attached to this notable so I'm providing one. This stems from a scientific discovery that photons and electrons are able to act as either a physical particle or wave in the electromagnetic spectrum depending on how it's measured (viewed/witnessed). It truly is amazing what we are discovering in the quantum world of physics. To the notable that said God is watching us, I disagree. Instead I offer this: God can't "watch" us because we exist "within" him. So as God always is, we too are but just a flicker within his realm.
