Gold is also the best financial insurance against .gov malfeasance, and ONE DAY the Democrats WILL come to power. Be prepared for that.
It's a great idea to have between 1% and 20% (depending on your own circumstances) of your net wealth in physical gold and/or silver, perhaps some platinum.
