Jan. 6 Committee Ignores Clear Evidence Of Mass Illegal Voting, Systematically Broken Election Laws
In its attempt to blame former President Donald Trump for the crimes committed on January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol, House Democrats have spent the week focused on Trump’s unsupported claims of widespread election fraud. The Jan. 6 select committee and the legacy media outlets promoting the show trial completely ignore, however, the verifiable evidence of systemic violations of election law, illegal voting, and the constitutionally deficient execution of the November 2020 election—including issues Trump challenged following the election.
Georgia provides a peach of an example. President Biden won Georgia and the state’s 16 electoral votes by a margin of 11,779 individual votes, but before the state certified the results of the November 2020 election, Trump challenged the outcome, raising several issues both in and out of court. Trump hammered accusations of fraud in Fulton County, claiming counterfeit ballots secreted in suitcases and vote-flipping by Dominion Voting Systems gave Biden the victory. But Trump also contested the Georgia results based on evidence indicating that tens of thousands of illegal votes were improperly counted.
While Trump’s legal team argued illegal votes in some 30-plus categories were improperly included in the final election tally, violations of Section 21-2-218 of the Georgia election code alone closed the gap between the two presidential candidates. That section provides that state “residents must vote in the county in which they reside, unless they changed their residence within 30 days of the election” and “outside of the 30-day grace period, if people vote in a county in which they no longer reside, ‘their vote in that county would be illegal.’”
Shortly after the November general election, Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. and an expert in voter data analytics and residency issues, compared voting records obtained from the Georgia secretary of state’s office with the National Change of Address (NCOA) database. After excluding individuals who moved within 30 days of the general election, Davis “identified nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another, but then voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved.”
Trump highlighted this evidence during a telephone conversation with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. His election lawyers, he said, noted from that data they “have actually hard numbers” of tens of thousands of votes that were counted illegally, and that with the margin of victory less than 12,000, “that in and of itself is sufficient to change the results or place the outcome in doubt.”
The lawyers explained that they “would like to sit down with your office . . . if you are able to establish that our numbers are not accurate, then fine.” While the secretary of state’s representative indicated he was “happy to get with our lawyers and we’ll set that up,” Cleta Mitchell, one of Trump’s election lawyers, told The Federalist that meeting never happened.

Hillary Clinton Calls Trump Supporters a “Clear and Present Danger to American Democracy”
Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton on Friday said Trump supporters are a “clear and present danger to American democracy.”
Clinton responded to a judge who lashed out at Trump supporters during Thursday’s January 6 show trial.
“Donald Trump and his allies and supporters are a clear and present danger to American democracy,” former circuit judge (George H. W. Bush appointee) Michael Luttig said to the J-6 panel.
Hillary Clinton agreed with the former federal judge.
Hillary Clinton went from calling Trump supporters a “basket of deplorables” to a “clear and present danger” in a matter of just a few years.
“Louder, for those in the back: Donald Trump, his allies, and supporters are a clear and present danger to American democracy.” Hillary Clinton said in a tweet on Friday.
Classic projection and Alinsky tactics from Hillary.
Hillary Clinton unleashed hell on this country when she hatched the ‘Trump-Russia collusion’ plot in 2016 to distract from her email scandal.
Hillary conspired with foreigners and the FBI to spy on Trump’s 2016 campaign and presidency.
Donald Trump Jr. knows what the attacks on Trump’s base are really about: “If half the country is a “threat” and Crooked Hillary and the gang get their Red Flag laws, does anyone seriously think they won’t weaponize them to confiscate guns from innocent, patriotic Americans?”

Tyler Sanders dead at 18: ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ actor was an Emmy nominee
Tyler Sanders, a former child star who appeared on “9-1-1: Lone Star” and “The Rookie,” died Thursday at his home in Los Angeles. He was just 18.
Reps for the young actor confirmed his passing on Friday.
“The cause of death is unknown and currently being investigated. We can’t comment further beyond this,” his talent agent Pedro Tapia told The Post. “Tyler was a talented actor with a bright future. He comes from a wonderful family and we ask that you respect their privacy at this time.”
An autopsy is reportedly set to be performed in the next few days.
Sanders entered show business at the age of 10. In addition to his role on “9-1-1: Lone Star” opposite Rob Lowe, he starred in projects such as “The Rookie,” “Fear the Walking Dead” and the Amazon Prime series “Just Add Magic: Mystery City.”
The young performer, who also studied improv and stand-up comedy, received a 2021 Daytime Emmy nomination for his role as Leo in the “Just Add Magic” spin-off, and has a pair of independent films currently in postproduction, according to his IMDb.com profile.
The Post reached out to Sanders’ reps for comment.
Sanders was active on his social media pages, including his Instagram with more than 12,000 followers, on which he frequently shared photos of himself with his co-stars, friends and other nature-filled adventures.
Sanders’ cause of death is currently listed as “deferred,” Radar Online reported, meaning the medical examiner is “requesting more investigation into the death, including additional studies. Once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of death determination.”

As Inflation Skyrockets and Markets Collapse Fed Chair Jerome Powell Says Fed is Examining US Central Bank Digital Currency
Inflation reached a 40-year high this month at 8.6%.
Just last year Federal Reserve Chairman said inflation was transitory when it was at 5%.
Boy was he wrong.
Now it is out of control. Jerome Powell and Democrats are destroying the US middle class.
It now looks like rather than focusing on the major, historic crisis at hand, Jerome Powell and the Federal Reserve have turned their attentions elsewhere.
Jerome Powell announced this week that the Fed is examining a US central bank digital currency.
That way they get full control over the population.
You step out of line – Your account is frozen.
You step out of line again – Your account is confiscated.

COVID Dr. Simone Gold sentenced to prison for Jan. 6 riot
She must also pay $500 in restitution and the maximum fine of $9,500.
The founder of America's Frontline Doctors, Dr. Simone Gold, was sentenced to 60 days in prison for her role in the Jan. 6 riot.
Gold, who rose to fame during the COVID pandemic for pointing out the vaccine's unknown factors, will have one year of supervised release following the prison sentence, Department of Justice records show.
She must also pay $500 in restitution and the maximum fine of $9,500.
Gold pleaded guilty in December to entering and remaining in the Capitol building.
On the afternoon of Jan. 6, Gold spoke in Statuary Hall about her opposition to vaccine mandates and government lockdowns, the DOJ's Statement of Offense claims.
She was arrested by FBI agents 12 days later.
She made headlines in 2021 for telling the "Mad Truth with Dr. Gina" podcast that it is illegal "to mandate an experimental medication or treatment for anything" and advocating for those who are less vulnerable to abstain from vaccination.

Fentanyl crisis in America is 'terrorist chemical attack,’ congresswoman says
"Some of these countries are emptying their jails and prisons and sending them up here," Miller said.
Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) is sounding the alarm about fentanyl coming across the Southern Border by calling the crisis a "terrorist chemical attack" created by Biden administration policies.
Her comments come as a Customs and Border Protection agents encountered a record number of nearly 240,000 migrants in May at the Southern Border. Despite this, overall drug seizures are significantly down from previous years.
"The Biden administration has advertized and facilitated this invasion … Some of these countries are emptying their jails and prisons and sending them up here. The cartels have totally taken control of our border," Miller told the "Just the News, Not Noise" television program on Thursday.
"There is enough fentanyl coming over the border to kill every American multiple times over. In fact, I would say that we're under a terrorist chemical attack. Over 100,000 of our youth died last year from drug overdoses," she said. "And for us, Illinois is a sanctuary state, thanks to the Democrats that are in control, and we basically roll out the red carpet for the people that are coming here illegally. And people, the regular citizens of Illinois, have had it."
More than 105,000 people are estimated to have died from drug overdoses in 2021, according to provisional data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This is up from the roughly 93,000 overdose deaths in 2020. More than 70,000 people died from fentanyl alone in 2021, an increase of more than 20% from the previous year.
Miller is running against fellow incumbent Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) after Democrat-led redistricting in the state created two blue-leaning seats and took away two red-leaning seats, FiveThirtyEight reported.
Former President Donald Trump has voiced his support for Miller over Davis, who voted to certify the electoral college results in 2020.
With the Illinois primary scheduled for June 28, Trump plans on campaigning with Miller next Saturday in Mendon, Ill., near Quincy.

Texas AG Paxton Successfully Prosecutes Texas Woman Who Pleads Guilty to 26 Felony Counts of Voter Fraud
Texas is still Red – they still prosecute real criminals.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced one year ago that there are still 500 election fraud cases that still need to be heard in court.
This comes as Governor Greg Abbott promised a new election integrity bill in the state as well as bail reform.
OAN reported:
Texas Attorney Gen. Ken Paxton has announced that more than 500 election fraud cases are currently waiting to be heard in court. Over the weekend, Paxton relayed on Twitter that his team will prosecute every instance of voter fraud.
This comes after he shared information about a woman being arrested for multiple counts of election fraud in a 2018 local election. Monica Mendez was convicted on seven counts of illegal voting, eight counts of unlawfully assisting a voter, eight counts of unlawful possession of ballots and eight counts of election fraud.
Read the news release here and below:
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced his office’s latest election integrity prosecution in Victoria County. Monica Mendez of Port Lavaca pleaded guilty to 26 felony counts of voter fraud, including three counts of illegal voting, eight counts of election fraud, seven counts of assisting a voter to submit a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unlawful possession of a mail ballot. Mendez ran a vote-harvesting operation on behalf of a subsidized housing corporation in order to influence the outcome of a utility board election.
After Mendez entered a guilty plea on all 26 counts and confirmed in court that all counts could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, District Judge Eli Garza sentenced Mendez to five years’ deferred adjudication probation.
The case was investigated and prosecuted by Attorney General Paxton’s Election Integrity team in cooperation with the Victoria County District Attorney’s Office.
AG Ken Paxton has been a staunch defender of election integrity.
