Worcester Bishop Prohibits Woke School from Calling Itself ‘Catholic’ for Flying ‘BLM and LGBTQ Flags’

On Thursday, a Catholic bishop in Worcester, Massachusetts issued a decree against The Nativity School, a Jesuit-run private middle school in Central Massachusetts, for ignoring his appeal not to display flags supporting LGBT pride and the Black Lives Matter movement.

The school defied his request to take down the flags. As a result, Bishop Robert J. McManus of the Diocese of Worcester has revoked the “Catholic” title from the school.

The following are the punishments against Nativity School:

The Nativity School of Worcester is prohibited from this time forward from identifying itself as a “Catholic” school and may no longer use the title “Catholic” to describe itself;

Mass, sacraments and sacramentals are no longer permitted to be celebrated on Nativity School premises or be sponsored by Nativity School in any church building or chapel within the Diocese of Worcester;

The Nativity School is not allowed to undertake any fundraising involving diocesan institutions in the Diocese of Worcester and is not permitted to be listed or advertise in the Diocesan Directory;

The name of Bishop Emeritus Daniel P. Reilly must be removed from the list of the Board of Trustees of Nativity School.

The Nativity School, located at 37 Lincoln Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, was established in 2003 and developed by the senior administration of the College of the Holy Cross of Worcester to address the devastating graduation rate among boys experiencing economic insecurity. It currently serves boys in grades five through eight.

The school claims to be a “Catholic” school affiliated with the Roman Catholic/Jesuit tradition. The administration of the school has permitted the flying of “Black Lives Matter” and “Gay Pride” flags in front of the school for a period of time.

I publicly stated in an open letter dated, May 4, 2022, that “these symbols (flags) embody specific agendas or ideologies (that) contradict Catholic social and moral teaching.” It is my contention that the “Gay Pride” flag represents support of gay marriage and actively living a LGBTQ+ lifestyle.

This is also true of “Black Lives Matter.” The Catholic Church teaches that all life is sacred and the Church certainly stands unequivocally behind the phrase “black lives matter” and strongly affirms that all lives matter.

However, the “Black Lives Matter” movement has co-opted the phrase and promotes a platform that directly contradicts Catholic social teaching on the importance and role of the nuclear family and seeks to disrupt the family structure in clear opposition to the teachings of the Catholic Church.

The flying of these flags in front of a Catholic school sends a mixed, confusing and scandalous message to the public about the Church’s stance on these important moral and social issues.

According to canon 803, §§ 1-3, of the Code of Canon Law, the Diocesan Bishop must maintain vigilance over Catholic Schools within his Diocese, even those operated by lay groups who seek the use of the title “Catholic” for their schools. Such usage requires ecclesiastical approbation (canon 803, §3).

Two Netflix actors dead after horrific crash, production suspended on 'The Chosen One' series

Two actors from the Netflix series "The Chosen One" were killed in a horrific auto accident on Thursday, according to Deadline.

Actors Raymundo Garduño Cruz and Juan Francisco González Aguilar – known professionally as “Paco Mufote” – are dead because of a fatal vehicle accident while they were filming "The Chosen One" in Mexico. There were also six other crew members who were injured because of the tragic crash. The wounded crew are reportedly in stable condition.

The accident occurred when a van the crew members were riding in crashed and flipped after the vehicle veered off a desert road near the city of Mulege on the Baja California Sur peninsula. The crew was allegedly en route to the local airport after filming in the nearby city of Santa Rosalia.

The Baja California Department of Culture confirmed the accident on Friday, but did not identify the victims.

Redrum – the company running the filming of the series – reportedly suspended the production of "The Chosen One" following the deaths of the Netflix actors.

Liliana Conlisk Gallegos – a friend of Aguilar – told The Daily Beast, "Paco touched the hearts of everyone he ever met, he was a great actor with a strong trajectory. He loved acting and playing music more than anything in the world and he dedicated himself to it, many times suffering economic hardship. He sacrificed for his love of acting."

Gallegos said she was filled with "rage" that there are rumors that the production of the TV show may have had "abuse and exploitation." She demanded an investigation into the deaths.

Netflix has not yet commented on the accident.

The series is based on the comic book series titled "American Jesus" by Mark Millar and Peter Gross.

"The Chosen One" synopsis: "A 12-year-old boy who learns he’s the returned Jesus Christ, destined to save humankind.”

Variety reported that filming on the series began in April 2022.

The right-wing activists dubbed Rep. Dan Crenshaw “Eyepatch McCain”

Right-wing protesters heckled Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw at the Republican Party of Texas convention on Saturday, accusing the congressman of doing the World Economic Forum’s bidding and mockingly calling him “Eyepatch McCain.”

Social media activist Alex Stein approached Crenshaw as he entered the convention in Houston. As Crenshaw’s staff and security led the congressman away, Stein loudly called him a “globalist RINO” and “Eyepatch McCain,” the former an acronym for ‘Republican in Name Only’ and the latter a comparison with the late Arizona Senator John McCain.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson recently referred to Crenshaw as “Eyepatch McCain” on his primetime show.

McCain was one of the most consistently pro-war voices within the Republican Party, while Crenshaw has supported the Biden administration’s $40 billion military aid bill for Ukraine and last year opposed the US’ withdrawal from Afghanistan.

In a separate video, another right-winger, Cassady Campbell, hammered Crenshaw for his vote on the Ukraine bill. “Gas is $5 here and you’re giving Ukraine all this money? And red flag laws too Dan? That’s ridiculous.”

While Crenshaw has previously spoken approvingly of so-called ‘red flag laws’, which would allow police to seize firearms from citizens in some cases, he voted against a recent bill that would provide for these laws.

As Crenshaw was led away from the hecklers, another social media poster, Campbell called the congressman a “World Economic Forum sellout,” referring to his listing as one of the globalist organization’s ‘Young Global Leaders’.

Another heckler declared that Crenshaw should be “hung for treason.”

All those involved in the disturbance were removed from the venue. Crenshaw himself declared that the incident was “what happens when angry little boys like Alex Stein don’t grow up and can’t get girlfriends.”

Illinois state audit shows nearly $2 billion in pandemic aide wasted by fraud

State officials blame Trump administration for illicit payouts.

A state audit in Illinois this week revealed that a whopping near-$2 billion of pandemic aid distributed there went to fraudulent claims, with state officials blaming the Trump administration for the massive administrative bungle.

The Illinois Department of Employment Security said in its report that “overpayments associated with ID theft and traditional fraud” within the federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program administered by the state totaled just under $2 billion, with the vast majority of those improper payouts coming in the form of ID theft.

The report argues that there are “inherent risks within any unemployment insurance program,” that “overpayments exist” in such programs, and that there are “unique and pervasive opportunities for fraud within PUA” due to its database shortcomings.

Media outlets reported this week that the employment security department blamed the Trump administration for the massive fraud, claiming that Illinois officials “sounded the alarm over insufficient and flawed federal guidance” during the program’s administration.

“The fraudsters illicitly got federal money — not state — because the Trump administration designed a uniquely flawed system,” the agency claimed.

U.S. Rep. James Clyburn revealed this week that around $10 billion in improper COVID payments had already been returned to the federal government, with Clyburn also blaming the Trump administration for the alleged failure to administer the aid properly, though the Trump administration was undertaking investigations into improper payments as early as July of 2020.

Michigan GOP candidate Ryan Kelley was ordered by a judge to surrender his guns after tyrants of justice indicted him for walking near the Capitol on Jan 6.

Michigan’s GOP candidate for governor was indicted recently as he moved ahead the polls in Michigan. The timing was very suspect as the corrupt Justice Department indicted him suddenly after more than a year since he protested the stolen election on Jan 6.

Now we come to find out that the corrupt judge overseeing the case has requested that the candidate for governor hand over his guns. This, despite him being in public and a higher risk because of his political campaign and stance on Biden’s destruction of the union.

Republican candidate for governor Ryan Kelley will have to surrender his guns while awaiting trial on misdemeanor criminal charges related to the U.S. Capitol riot, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin Meriweather made the ruling over objections from Kelley’s attorney that Kelley needs to carry a concealed weapon for self-defense during campaign appearances around the state.

Kelley, who was arrested June 9 during an FBI raid on his Ottawa County home, made his first appearance Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, in Washington, D.C.

Kelley, 40, who is free on bond, appeared via Zoom but is scheduled to appear in person in federal court in Washington on July 7 for a preliminary hearing.

The attacks from the tyrannical regime in DC have only helped his name recognition and his campaign.
