So he said the solution is simple: Offended employees can take 4 months severence pay and leave, but they only have 3 days to decide. Calls it the jet ski. They can take the money and ride off into the sunset.

So far about 30 people or 1% of the company have taken the offer. He says most of the workers are happy about it.
