Supposedly bank runs in China. If true, would this have a domino effect into other countries?

On the other hand, it seems like China keeps doing stupid shit trying to cause panic. This may just be another one of their self inflicted wounds that hurt everyone else worse than themselves. Maybe it’s all deception.
