absolutely and may not even need to align, but alignment is easy too if watch a couple of videos/read a couple of articles
loosen the 4 mount bolts to allow the bar some ability to move when fitting the new endlinks. once the end links are torqued to spec on both sides (4 nuts), you try to center the steering as perfect as possible and retighten 4 bolts on the 2 mounts. should be good to go
those are the ones. may also consider replacement of the bushings there while you’re at it. like 5-10 bucks each
