The chat goes into more detail than the Twitter account but they announce the decisions at roughly the same time. Chances of the abortion case being announced are slim to none, in my opinion. SCOTUS of you're not aware operates like a sports season, going from October till the end of June (sometimes into July). I believe they will save the abortion decision for the final day (probably two weeks from now), so they can get the fuck out of dodge till October comes back around.
Can you imagine the chutzpah, to announce a decision that people will want to kill you for and then show up to work the next day?
There's 18 cases that are left to be decided for this session.

They are are announcing about 5 decisions at a time at twice a week right now on a Tuesday and Thursday schedule. By that math, we'll get around ten this week. 4 next Tuesday and the final 4 next Thursday. So I would say next Thursday is the big day.
WnB?
>What's the climate change ruling about?
Federal over reach in the name of Greta Thunberg
>West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, a case regarding the governmentโs ability to restrict carbon emission, is also due for decision. If decided for the plaintiffs it would restrict the EPAโs authority to limit tailpipe emissions or force electric companies to move to renewables and away from fossil fuels.
>It would also remove the federal governmentโs ability to consider the economic impacts associated with climate change when approving new pipelines or new environmental rules.

>It's a Monday and Wednesday schedule
Yeah, you're right, I was thinking it was Monday's but thought maybe I misremembered because of this week. I forgot about the Juneteenth thing. Thanks for the clarification. Also, I'm seeing that this Thursday could be the last day as they have nothing officially scheduled for next week as of late.
Ah, ok. Thanks for the info
It's not rocket science to figure out who done it. He clerks for Sotomayor.

I was curious to see if the new bill Biden signed giving extra security to SCOTUS justices called the "Supreme Court Police Parity Act of 2022โ.was creating some sort of new armed force for SCOTUS. Answer: It doesn't
It's only like 3 sentences long. No wonder it sat on Nancy's desk forever, there's no pork. All it does is amend an existing law that authorizes the U.S. Marshalls to protect SCOTUS by extending that protection to their families.
