They have to get a shot of RhoGAM.
Before RhoGAM, the second child, if it was Rh+, would die in utero. Killed by the mom's Rh- blood.
Most Rh- blood is European, hardly any Asian.
But Rh- mom and Rh- dad have no problems having kids.
