Theoretically, she could be overruled, but all laws 'repugnant' to the Constitution are null….and really, i think a large part will depend on enforcement and prosecution (Atty G). Of course, it would be hysterical if every time a person is convicted by a Soros Atty G (hypothetical) on a gun crime, she turned around and pardoned that individual.
