Yes, for DEF, (fuel additive) you can remove emissions regulator (I think). I heard that also.
But, this doesn't apply to engine OIL
Diesel trucks still need engine oil which is what he is warning about.
He cites several wholesale and agriculture suppliers that are already rationing and stating on their websites that they plan on being sold out until first quarter 2023.
If he is correct it is a big deal.

yes, many
