I watched Roy Warden protest illegal immigration in Tucson during 2000-2001, and I believe he was treated unfairly by law enforcement and even the city officials. you name it and it happened to him–he was arrested, slandered, sued…I recall that some people seemed to think there was something going on with children even at that time.
