That's not representing good as evil. That's representing "evil" (if you consider waterboarding evil) as "good." The definition of blasphemy is to misrepresent the work of God (Holy Spirit) as evil. It's about sullying the work of God not about having a misguided personal moral compass.
Also, the people being waterboarded aren't saints who have not sinned as the article suggests.
Lastly, Hannity isn't saying Jesus would approve of waterboarding. He's simply saying that he has strong Christian morals and he HIMSELF does not have a problem with waterboarding.
