They mostly come from /qresearch. Mostly.
>Now the Philly judge dismisses 3dr degree murder charges. Black privilege?
A charge of murder requires intent. Stupid, irresponsible, criminally negligent drunk driving does not rise to the level of intending to kill someone even if it was a likely outcome. It's a very serious crime, but it's not murder.
>I know there is supposed to be tension between the three branches but this statement reads more like belligerence.

conspiracy, if itโ
(1)so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or

We could be seeing that scenario play out through 10 U.S. Code ยง 252,10 U.S. Code ยง 253, and perhaps even 10 U.S. Code ยง 12406. Interesting times.
How much does a paid CI make these days, son? Did you get one of those cool windbreakers?
