I don't think you have to look at it as a religious thing….just that it is a separate individual with individual dna. If anything there needs to be rights extended to the fetus. Just say life begins at conception and extend those rights to everything else. Can a fetus own a fire arm …why not.

States doing that should set up a penalty tax or something. So states doing business with a abortion state should charge taxes to the abortion state.
good point, there can no longer be federal funding since it is a state program. These ideas need to get shot up to the people in charge. Because we could squeeze them out of the abortion tourism easily if we make it a cost issue to murder.
