Leftist Group Announce Mass Protest Outside Justice Clarence Thomas’s Home Tonight

Unhinged leftists have been protesting outside the home of several conservative Supreme Court Justices for the past month since news broke that Roe v. Wade would be overturned.

This is strictly forbidden by the US Constitution.

Attorney General Merrick Garland ignored the US Constitution, broke the law, and allowed unhinged leftists to threaten conservative justices at their home.

The Supreme Court on Friday overturned Roe v. Wade.

And now the radical left is already planning mass protests in front of Justice Clarence Thomas’s home.

What will Joe Biden do? What will AG Garland do?

The Pro-Abortion Left Comes Unglued As Roe v. Wade Is Overturned

On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the 1972 landmark ruling on Roe V Wade, abolishing federal access to abortion and returning the governance of the procedure to individual states.

As a result of the ruling, at least 22 states now make abortion illegal, with few exceptions.

The ruling has sparked a fierce reaction from the left and pro-abortion supporters across the nation. Politicians, Journalists, Celebrities, and Influencers who align with the ideals of killing unborn children began sharing their opinions on social media Friday.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi clarified her opinion: “Because of Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, the Republican Party, and their supermajority on the Supreme Court, American women today have less freedom than their mothers.”

“To Hell with the Supreme Court. We Will Defy Them.” – Insurrectionist Maxine Waters on the Roe v. Wade Decision

Mad Maxine Waters was really mad today. She was outside the Supreme Court chanting her hatred for the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

The radical left is livid with today’s decision by the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade. US Representative from California, Maxine Waters was one of these radical liberals.

Waters shared the following after today’s ruling.

They’ve seen nothing yet. Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try to stop us. To hell with the Supreme Court, we will defy them!

Women will be in control of their bodies and if they think black women are intimidated or afraid, they got another thought coming. Black women will be out in droves. We will be out by the thousands. We will be out by the millions. We are going to make sure we fight for the right to control our own bodies.

US Long-Range Rocket Systems Used For First Time In Ukraine

Starting Thursday, Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov hailed the arrival of the longest-range missiles the United States has provided thus far in the four-month long war.

"HIMARS have arrived to Ukraine. Thank you to my colleague and friend SecDef Lloyd J. Austin III for these powerful tools! Summer will be hot for Russian occupiers. And the last one for some of them," Reznikov announced on Twitter.

The HIMARS, or High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, were announced as part of the latest $700 million weapons package to Ukraine on June 1. In total four of the systems will be transferred as part of the authorization, with the possibility of more in coming aid packages.

The HIMARS being provided to the Ukrainians are estimated to be able to hit targets about 50 miles away, which from the administration's standpoint marks a significant improvement in range, but still makes it unlikely the missiles could be used to strike within Russian territory, which Biden had expressly said he wants to avoid.

The US has said that Ukraine's military leadership has provided "assurances" it won't use the newly provided systems to attack Russian territory, amid persisting fears Washington and Moscow could enter direct conflict.

Reznikov announcement didn't specify how many HIMARS have arrived at this point, however, it didn't take long at all for Ukraine military observers to allege the US-supplied system has already appeared on the battlefield as of Friday…

Given that prior Pentagon statements indicated it would take at least three to four weeks to train Ukrainian forces on using the HIMARS - and given it seems the system has already rapidly been deployed - the likelihood is that Ukrainians had already been receiving training by US advisers in a neighboring country in anticipation of receiving them.

A well-known war monitoring account has posted what's purported to be video below of HIMARS hitting their targets:

Western media is silent as top Zelensky aide exposes its false presentation of Ukraine as LGBTQ-friendly

While Western media tries hard to falsely portray Ukraine as progressive, its own most-vocal political advisor says the quiet part out loud

In the 21st century, with the proliferation of social media and other mass forms of communication, it has become easier to bastardize certain causes that may in some form be noble in order to pursue one’s own political or geopolitical purposes.

We have seen it before with the weaponization of women’s rights during the US military campaigns in the Middle East. Also, with the weaponization of concepts like “freedom” and “democracy” in the West’s propaganda wars concerning Venezuela, Russia, Cuba, Bolivia, and others. One of the issues that has also been weaponized against countries not accepting US or Western hegemony is rights for lesbians and gay men. This theme has been used to demonize states and sweeten the taste for war against them amongst the Western public.

For example GLAAD, a mainstream corporate-backed NGO which “advocates” for the rights of LGBT people, released a questionable statement in March regarding Ukraine and Russia. It argues that “The Russian invasion of Ukraine is built on the demonization and persecution against the LGBTQ community and has a disproportionate impact on LGBTQ people in Ukraine, who had just started to experience visibility and equality.” That’s curious in a couple of different ways, but one wonders what GLAAD would say in regards to the recent controversy surrounding Ukrainian presidential aide Alexey Arestovich.

EU & NATO Appear To Be Forming A Bloc For War Against Russia: Lavrov

On Friday Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov addressed Ukraine and Moldova achieving EU candidate status as a first step toward joining the 27-nation bloc, saying Russia sees "no risks" in this status per se, before stressing it remains the militarization among alliances that's the real problem and threat.

Lavrov used the opportunity to accuse the EU and NATO of forming a bloc in preparation to wage war against Russia. "Hitler under his banner had brought together a large part of European countries to wage war against the Soviet Union," Lavrov said while traveling in Azerbaijan. "Today the EU and NATO are bringing together such a contemporary coalition to fight and, to a large extent, wage war against Russia."

He added, "Of course, we will be looking at the real actions of the European Union and following the steps it is taking. [We will monitor] whether candidate countries comply with these requirements or [if] they still try to maintain their independence."

Expanding on this in separate remarks, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described EU candidacy as merely a "domestic" affair in a press briefing. Notably, Georgia's push to become a candidate has thus far been rejected by Brussels.

"These are domestic European affairs. It is very important for us that all these processes do not bring more problems to us and more problems in the relations of these countries with us," Peskov said, noting that regardless when it comes to Russian-EU relations, it would be "very difficult to spoil them further".

Lavrov's charge of NATO and the EU conspiring for preparations of potential future "war" with Russia weren't followed with further specifics, but is generally in line with the Kremlin's position that Ukraine must be 'demilitarized' - after seeing signs of NATO infrastructure in the country, which was among President Putin's "red lines" in the months leading up to the Feb.24 invasion.

Already, Kremlin sources have increasingly viewed the conflict in Ukraine as a "proxy war" which the West is escalating by supplying heavier and heavier weapons. Kiev on Thursday announced that the US-supplied HIMARS long-range rocket systems had begun to be delivered.

Washington says it's gained assurances from Ukrainian leadership that the systems, which have a range of 50 miles, won't be used to target inside Russian territory. The Kremlin has vowed to target any externally supplied weapons that it finds.

Clarence Thomas: Court ‘should reconsider’ gay marriage, birth control

Justice Clarence Thomas called for potentially overturning Supreme Court rulings that protect gay marriage and access to birth control in an opinion concurrent to Friday’s landmark decision ending federal abortion rights.

The conservative judge wrote that the court should “reconsider” other cases that fall under the court’s previous “due process” precedents, which include rulings that establish LGBTQ and contraceptive rights.

“In future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell,” he wrote.

The 74-year-old justice was referring to a 1965 ruling, Griswold v. Connecticut, that allows married couples to access birth control. He’s also referencing a 2003 ruling, Lawrence v. Texas, that forbids states from outlawing consensual gay sex, and Obergefell v. Hodges, a 2015 decision that established the right to same-sex marriage.

Substantive due process refers to the notion that people have fundamental rights that aren’t specifically established in the constitution.

The same legal argument was also used in Roe v. Wade and its sister case, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which in 1992 upheld the right to abortion.

In the opinion Friday, Thomas acknowledged that the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision does not directly affect any rights aside from federal abortion access.

But he urged the court to apply the same “Due Process Clause” logic to other substantive landmark cases.

“Because any substantive due process decision is ‘demonstrably erroneous,’ we have a duty to ‘correct the error’ established in those precedents,” he wrote.

On Friday, the Supreme Court ended nearly 50 years of federal abortion rights, with Justice Samuel Alito writing an opinion in favor of Mississippi in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health.

In his opinion, Alito stressed that the ruling not be used to roll back any other constitutional right besides abortion.

“To ensure that our decision is not misunderstood or mischaracterized, we emphasize that our decision concerns the constitutional right to abortion and no other right,

Justice Brett Kavanaugh added,” Nothing in this opinion should be understood to cast doubt on precedents that do not concern abortion.”

Pennsylvania principal faces 30 felony sex charges for relationship with student

A Pennsylvania high school principal was arrested and faces more than 30 felony sex charges for an inappropriate sexual relationship he had with a male student over a seven-year period.

Roger Weaver Freed, 34, was charged Tuesday with 30 counts of indecent sexual contact with a student, one count of sexual assault, one count of aggravated indecent assault, one count of corruption of a minor and three misdemeanor counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor, according to court records.

Police said Freed began a relationship with the student, who is now college-age, in 2015 when the boy was in middle school. The relationship turned sexual two years later and continued after the student graduated high school up until a few months ago — when it ended in April, according to an affidavit.

The student told investigators that he first grew close to Freed after the death of a family member. He began to lean on the educator for emotional support and said “he trusted Free ‘like an older brother,'” the document states.

Their relationship soon grew to time outside of school, with Freed volunteering to give the student rides to various locations so they could have “one-on-one conversations.”

The student said he considered the educator and himself to be “bros” and said they could talk about anything, including his sexuality. They routinely texted, called and FaceTimed one another, police said.

In 2017, Freed and the student’s relationship became sexual and the principal asked the boy to promise not to tell anyone, stressing that he could lose his job.

The student said he felt “overwhelming guilt” after the first sexual encounter, according to the affidavit.

The pair continued to engage in sexual activity four to five times a week throughout the student’s next two years of high school. The student told police their relationship continued as he graduated high school and entered college.

Freed was arraigned Tuesday and released on supervision after making $175,000 bail. He is required to wear an ankle monitor at all times and is prohibited from having any contact with minors or the victim.

Freed, who is employed as a principal at Williamsport Area High School, has been suspended with pay by the school board, according to PennLive.

Father Of Brutally Murdered Child Beats The Hell Out Of Accused Murderer In Court Room

Tonio Hughes, the biological father of murdered 3-year-old Nylo Lattimore, attacked the child’s accused murderer during a pretrial hearing Thursday.

Surveillance footage captured the moment when Hughes ran from the back of the courtroom and started to attack accused murderer Desean Brown, shared by Fox 19. Brown is accused of fatally stabbing Nylo’s mother, Nyteisha Lattimore, in December 2020. He then allegedly put Nylo in the Ohio River, the outlet continued. The 3-year-old’s body has never been recovered despite lengthy searches, Fox 19 noted.

Videos from other angles of Hughes attack were shared by WBNS 10TV.

Hughes charged at Brown as he sat at the defense table just before the hearing officially started, as seen in the video shared by Fox 19. Two sheriff’s deputies were able to promptly restrain Hughes and take him into custody, Hamilton County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Kyla Woods told the outlet.

The father was found in contempt of court by Judge Megan Shanahan, who sentenced him to seven days at the Hamilton County Justice Center, according to Fox 19. “Everything inside him, just the pain and everything took over,” Hughes family friend Faith Burton told Fox 19. “He did what I think any of us would do.”

Nyteisha reportedly miscarried Brown’s child prior to conceiving and giving birth to Nylo, according to an earlier report by Fox 19. “Mr. Brown had told Jameica Cobb that he was very upset and that since she killed their baby, he was going to do something to her baby Nylo,” Cincinnati police specialist Kimberly Kelley testified, citing evidence from Cobb, the outlet noted.

Congress Sends Gun Control Bill to Biden

The House sent President Joe Biden the most wide-ranging gun violence bill Congress has passed in decades on Friday, a measured compromise that at once illustrates progress on the long-intractable issue and the deep-seated partisan divide that persists.

The Democratic-led chamber approved the election-year legislation on a mostly party-line 234-193 vote, capping a spurt of action prompted by voters’ revulsion over last month’s mass shootings in New York and Texas. The night before, the Senate approved it by a bipartisan 65-33 margin, with 15 Republicans joining all Democrats in supporting a package that senators from both parties had crafted.

The bill would incrementally toughen requirements for young people to buy guns, deny firearms from more domestic abusers and help local authorities temporarily take weapons from people judged to be dangerous. Most of its $13 billion cost would go to bolster mental health programs and for schools, which have been targeted in Newtown, Connecticut, Parkland, Florida and many other infamous massacres.

And while it omits the far tougher restrictions Democrats have long championed, it stands as the most impactful gun violence measure that Congress has approved since it enacted a now-expired assault weapons ban nearly 30 years ago.

The legislation was a direct result of the slaying of 19 children and two teachers at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, exactly one month ago, and the killing of 10 Black shoppers days earlier in Buffalo, New York. Lawmakers returned from their districts after those shootings saying constituents were demanding congressional action, a vehemence many felt could not be ignored.

“No legislation can make their families or communities whole,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y.. said of those victims. “But we can act to keep others from facing the same trauma.”

For the conservatives who dominate Republicans in the House, it all came down to the Constitution’s Second Amendment right for people to have firearms, a protection that is key for many voters who own guns.

“Today they’re coming after our Second Amendment liberties, and who knows what it will be tomorrow,” said Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, the Judiciary panel’s top Republican.

Impossible to ignore was the juxtaposition of the week’s gun votes with a pair of jarring Supreme Court decisions on two of the nation’s most incendiary culture war issues. The justices on Thursday struck down a New York law that has restricted peoples’ ability to carry concealed weapons, and Friday it overturned Roe v. Wade, eliminating the protection for abortion that case had ensured for a half-century.

Pedos investigate themselves and find no wrong doing - CORRUPT AF

No Accountability: Rotherham Grooming Gang Review Ends with Zero Police Officers Punished

An eight-year, £6m investigation into the Rotherham grooming gang scandal has been accused of providing zero accountability after no officers were held responsible for the numerous failings during a time in which over 1,400 girls were sexually abused in the northern English city.

On Wednesday, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) published what it described as an “uncomfortable to read” report on the police response to the child sexual abuse carried out by mostly Pakistani Muslim grooming gangs between 1997 and 2013 in Rotherham.

The latest report from the IOPC said that they had carried out 91 investigations into the South Yorkshire Police, which was subject to 265 separate allegations made by 51 individual complainants levied by 44 survivors of sexual abuse, three family members and four third parties.

A total of 47 officers were investigated by the police watchdog, which found eight had cases to answer for misconduct, and six for gross misconduct. Yet despite these findings the report mirrored previous police investigations in that none of the officers will face losing their job, pension, or face criminal charges. The most severe sanction for any officer involved was a written warning.

The report found that officers in the South Yorkshire Police were “not fully aware, or able, to deal with Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation offences and showed insufficient empathy towards survivors who were vulnerable children and young people.”

The SYP was shown to have viewed children as “consenting” to their sexual abuse, with one officer telling the mother of an abused child that it had become a “fashion accessory” for girls in Rotherham to have an “older Asian boyfriend” and that she would “grow out of it”.

According to the review, many officers laid the blame on the young girls for their sexual abuse, including a former detective sergeant who told the IOPC that some of the victims were “worldly-wise and not meek and mild victims”.

Commenting on the attitude directed towards victims of the grooming gags, one survivor said that officers “treated us like child prostitutes”.

The complacency was so rampant, that some officers even failed to act when they personally witnessed young girls in “an intimate situation” with older man, including an instance in which a young girl was “involved in a sexual act with a perpetrator”.

One father was told by a police officer investigating the rape of his 15-year-old daughter in a local park that the sexual assault would teach the child a “lesson”.

If Vaccines Are Safe, How Will They Explain These Google Results?

Don't you love it when you can harness the high tech companies themselves to destroy the false narrative that they are defending?

All searches are from Google Trends. You can replicate this yourself.

A more in-depth analysis of this article can be found here: new Google search analysis done by AMD.

It shows that since Google started tracking search data for all vaccines in history, nobody had any interest in vaccine side effects for any of the 70+ approved vaccines.

But suddenly, in December 2020 when the COVID vaccines roll out, everyone is now interested in vaccine side effects and it is happening simultaneously in EVERY STATE OF THE UNION and it peaks in April 2020 which is when I first learned about vaccine side effects from my friends.

What an amazing coincidence!!!!

“Vaccine side effects”

“Vaccine side effects” started becoming popular in all states simultaneously in December, 2020. I wonder what could have caused that?

Myocarditis

If myocarditis from the vaccine is less than that from COVID, how come we couldn’t find a single cardiologist who was getting fewer cases?

And why did the searches for myocarditis start to rise in March 2021 when vaccines became available for 18-year-olds and really went ballistic right before the May 1 deadline set by Biden for availability for 18-year-olds and older in all states.

“Died suddenly”

Isn’t this interesting? “Died suddenly” was never a thing until November 2021 well into the vaccine rollout, probably when people were getting their boosters which pushed people “over the edge.”

COVID doesn’t kill like this. Wonder what might have caused it?

Sudden adult death syndrome

Why is it suddenly popular all of a sudden? It wasn’t popular before. Something must be causing it… it isn’t COVID.

Hopefully, the CDC will figure it out. They are the best.

Perhaps they can put Dr. Nath on the case? Dr. Nath couldn’t connect the dots between the vaccine and the vaccine injured and he’s camera shy, turning down our interview requests. He’d be the perfect guy to lead the investigation. If you can’t trust Dr. Nath, who can you trust?

Pfizer Classified Almost All Severe Adverse Events During COVID Vaccine Trials ‘Not Related to Shots’

The case reports included in Pfizer clinical trial documents, released June 1 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, reveal a trend of classifying almost all adverse events — and in particular severe adverse events — as being “not related” to the vaccine.

The latest release by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine documents reveals numerous instances of participants who sustained severe adverse events during Phase 3 trials. Some of these participants withdrew from the trials, some were dropped and some died.

The 80,000-page document cache includes an extensive set of Case Report Forms (CRFs) from Pfizer Phase 3 trials conducted at various locations in the U.S., in addition to other documentation pertaining to participants in Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine trials in the U.S. and worldwide.

The FDA on June 1 released the documents, which pertain to the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the vaccine, as part of a court-ordered disclosure schedule stemming from an expedited Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in August 2021.

Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), a group of doctors and public health professionals, submitted the FOIA request.

CRFs show deaths, severe reactions to the vaccines during Phase 3 trials

The CRFs included in this month’s documents contain often vague explanations of the specific symptoms experienced by the trial participants.

They also reveal a trend of classifying almost all adverse events — and in particular severe adverse events (SAEs) — as being “not related” to the vaccine.

For example:

A female in her early 50s (randomization number 86545) who participated in the trial at the Sterling Research Group in Cincinnati, Ohio, died of an apparent myocardial infarction on Nov. 4, 2020. She had received two doses of the vaccine, on Sept. 10 and Sept. 29, 2020.

The patient had a medical history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, hypothyroidism, osteoarthritis of the knees and attention deficit disorder. Her death was listed as “not related” to the vaccine, and was instead attributed to “hypertensive cardiovascular disease.”

A female in her late 50s (randomization number 220496), who participated in the trial at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, died of cardiac arrest on Oct. 21, 2020. Her death, however, was indicated as “not related” to her vaccinations (which occurred on July 30, 2020, and Aug. 20, 2020) as it “occurred 2 months after last receipt of study agent,” according to her CRF.

The participant’s medical history included obesity, placement of a gastric sleeve, gastroesophageal reflux, sleep apnea, supraventricular tachycardia, hypothyroidism, depression and asthma.

A male in his mid-60s (randomization number 221076) who participated in the trial operated by the Texas-based Ventavia Research Group died of an apparent myocardial infarction on Nov. 28, 2020. He had received the two doses of the vaccine on July 31, 2020, and Aug. 19, 2020.

Court throws out weedkiller maker's cancer damage appeal

The US Supreme Court declines to review a ruling linking the herbicide Roundup to cancer, exposing the manufacturer to litigation

The US Supreme Court rejected on Tuesday an appeal filed by German chemical giant Bayer to overturn a landmark ruling linking the weedkiller Roundup with cancer. The company faces thousands of similar claims, which have plagued it since it acquired Roundup manufacturer Monsanto in 2018.

The US court declined to review the case of a man from California, Edwin Hardeman, who was awarded $25 million in damages. He used Roundup for 26 years at his home before being diagnosed with a form of lymphoma. He succeeded in making the case for a causal relationship between the two, with his claim upheld by an appeals court in May 2021.

The Supreme Court decision has scotched Bayer’s plan to mitigate compensation payouts in thousands of similar cases. The German firm, which acquired Monsanto for $63 billion, has over 30,000 claims outstanding after resolving more than 100,000, it said in its yearly report in March.

Last year, Bayer set aside $4.5 billion to pay possible damages in addition to the $11.6 billion it reserved for litigation previously. It largely put on hold the settlement of claims, pending a decision on the appeal, which it filed in the US Supreme Court in August last year.

Bayer “respectfully disagrees” with the court’s rejection, the firm said on Tuesday, adding: “The company believes that the decision undermines the ability of companies to rely on official actions taken by expert regulatory agencies.”

In its legal argument, the company said the European Environment Agency did not find a connection between glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, and cancer. This means Bayer does not have to label the product as potentially cancerogenic when it sells it in the EU. The lawsuits against it argue that such a warning should have been placed to warn customers about the risk.

Hardeman, who sued Monsanto in 2016, relied on a decision by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, an arm of the World Health Organization, which said glyphosate can probably cause cancer in humans.

Bayer has said it plans to retire glyphosate-based weedkillers from the retail market in the US next year.

Argentina’s President Alberto Fernández requested BRICS membership for his country during the 14th summit of the international organization, which the Argentinian leader attended among other high-ranking guests.

“We aspire to be a full member of this group of nations that already represents 42% of the world’s population and 24% of the global gross product”, the president said.

Fernández noted that his country could supplement the union of five countries as a reliable supplier of food, as well as a recognized player in the field of biotechnology and logistics. He further stressed Argentina’s ability to train specialists in various fields, as well as provide various services on the international scale.

FBI raids Georgia churches near military bases; sources say church was targeting soldiers

The FBI on Thursday raided three churches associated with the House of Prayer Christian Church in Georgia and Texas.

The FBI has not released a statement regarding the raids.

The House of Prayer is owned by the foreign nonprofit company House of Prayer Christian Churches of America Inc., which registered with the Georgia Secretary of State in 2004. The business's listed officers are affiliated with the Georgia churches and use Hinesville, Georgia, post office boxes as mailing addresses.

Its churches, which are primarily located near military bases throughout the country, have been accused by former members and a veterans' advocacy group of operating like a cult and targeting soldiers.

In August 2020, Veterans Education Success, an advocacy organization based in Washington D.C., asked the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Georgia Veterans Service to investigate alleged abuses of the GI Bill program by House of Prayer Christian Church’s bible seminaries.

Veterans alleged the House of Prayer Christian Church "deceives the VA during inspections and targets veterans in order to access GI Bill funding, VA disability compensation, and VA home loans," according to the organization's letter to the VA and Georgia SAA.

Half a dozen FBI agents were seen in the back of the Assembly of Prayer church on Tobacco Road in Hephzibah during a raid that started at about 7:15 a.m. Thursday and continued into the afternoon.

According to a search of property records, House of Prayer Christian Churches owns 2952 Old Tobacco Road, the address of the Assembly of Prayer church in Richmond County.

At about 1 p.m., agents were seen using stairs at the back of the building during the investigation, according to Sgt. William McCarty with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.

"We were there to assist them, but referring everything over to the FBI," said McCarty. He said he could not confirm if there were any arrests.

Russian forces encircle thousands as Ukrainian troops begin surrender

Up to 2,000 Ukrainian troops, nationalists and foreign fighters have been surrounded by the Russian forces and the Donbass militias, Moscow revealed on Friday. The forces were encircled in two neighboring towns in the Lugansk People’s Republic.

Four Ukrainian battalions. as well as an artillery unit are among those trapped, Russia’s Defense Ministry announced. The encircled forces also include around 120 fighters from the notorious Ukrainian ‘Right Sector,’ a neo-Nazi group of up to 80 foreign fighters, according to the ministry.

The troops have been surrounded in the towns of Gorskoye and Zolotoye, located south of the major cities of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, which have recently become one of the major targets for both sides amid the continued fighting for the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

The Russian military has also claimed that the surrounded units have lost over 60% of their strength. According to the defense ministry, 41 Ukrainian soldiers encircled in the area have surrendered. The Defense Ministry has also published a video supposedly showing the surrendered soldiers.

The head of the Ukrainian Gorskoye military administration, Aleksey Babchenko, confirmed to the Ukrainian media on Friday that the town has been fully seized by the Russian forces and the Donbass militias.

Sergey Gaidai, who Ukraine calls the head of the “Lugansk Oblast,” has also said on Telegram that the Ukrainian forces might soon retreat from Lisichansk since their defensive positions had been destroyed by the Russian forces and there is “little sense” in staying.

The Russian Air Force has also successfully hit a Ukrainian artillery battery equipped with the US-made M777 howitzers in the Kharkov region. Earlier, Washington vowed to supply 90 such artillery pieces to Kiev, according to a May report by the New York Times.

The news comes just days after the Russian military claimed to have killed hundreds of Ukrainian troops in a strike on a shipbuilding plant in the Ukrainian port of Nikolaev. Last week, the defense ministry also claimed to have killed scores of Ukrainian officers after striking a compound where a meeting of commanders of several Ukrainian units was taking place.

Wisconsin election investigator says he deleted records

The former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice hired to investigate President Joe Biden’s victory in the battleground state testified Thursday that he routinely deleted records, and deactivated a personal email account, even after receiving open records requests.

Michael Gableman testified in a court hearing about whether the person who hired him, Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, should face penalties after earlier being found in contempt for how he handled the records requests from American Oversight.

Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn decided against penalizing Vos for contempt, but said she would determine later whether to penalize Vos for how he handled open records requests. She set a hearing for July 28.

Bailey-Rihn said that Gableman gave testimony that conflicted at times, but it was clear that he had destroyed records “that were contrary to what fits into the scheme of things.”

Vos hired Gableman a year ago under pressure from Donald Trump to investigate the former president’s loss to Biden by just under 21,000 votes in Wisconsin. The investigation has cost taxpayers about $900,000 so far. Biden’s victory has survived two recounts, multiple lawsuits, a nonpartisan audit and a review by a conservative law firm.

Gableman testified Thursday that he did early work on the investigation at a Milwaukee-area library and used his personal email account. Gableman said he did not retain the notes he took during meetings he attended, including one in August in South Dakota hosted by MyPillow founder Mike Lindell. He also testified that he deleted records if there was no pending open records request and he determined it was not useful or pertinent to his work.

“Did I delete documents? Yes, I did,” he said.

Gableman testified that someone in his office deleted his personal Yahoo email account for him after he had received an open records request from American Oversight. Gableman had used that account last summer before he had an official state email address.

The judge asked Gableman if he had searched the account for responsive records before deleting it and he said, “I believe so.”

“Do I specifically recall going back, I don’t,” Gableman said. “But I would have looked at every email account available to me.”

Gableman also revealed that he had to go to the emergency room for COVID-19 after attending an election conference hosted by Lindell in South Dakota in August.
