When any user uses the TOR Browser to access /qresearch the ID defaults to all zeroes. TOR stresses anonymity, so the field gets blanked for every TOR user.
Apparently either Q requested the Admin to enable TOR prior to resuming access to /qresearch, or at some point in the interval it was opened to TOR and Q just happened to be the first TOR user in a long while?
