Q's very first posts on 8kun (not 8chan) were Tor posts. But then again, so were everybody else's back then, kek. A lot of ironing out of the kinks when 8kun launched. We were all tor fags back then. But yes, he also used Tor since the launch of 8kun from time to time.
There was a moment in time at 8kun's beginnings when Tor posts could post with a shared unique alpha-numeric user ID other than 0000000
But not everyone saw the alpha-numeric ID.
For example, multiple people would post on tor and all share the same unique alpha-numeric user ID that was visible to some anons, but other anons would see it with 000000.
It was all funky back then.
Take a look at that date of the post and you will most likely see that Q did not post 16 times in that bread as your image shows 16 posts by that ID.
I believe that is what is happening with the discrepancy
