What if the whole Mueller Special Counsel (MSC) thing was a brilliant setup by POTUS & Q TEAM from the very beginning, designed to legitimately investigate POTUS (they weren't worried because DJT is clean) but knowing MSC would uncover tons of dirt on themselves and other Swamp Rats which would then be used against them?
