Anyone SEE this at the very end of the FEMA Hurricane conference???

Camera was being pulled down and a man held his folded paper in front of the camera for about 2-3 seconds then pulled it away and the camera shut off.

Tried my best to get a pic. Looks like the first word maybe says leave?? Can’t make out the other word.

I posted close ups (best I could do) about 30 min ago. Some are saying it was a white balance. I went to school for video tech and you don’t white balance at the end. Plus, wasn’t long enough to caliber a proper white balance.
