Trust what you know. Many relate to Q as if Q were an individual. Q may be a team and whoever is posting may be new to posting here, hence the choice of words.

Agreed. It was much easier and took much less time to employ judicial activism versus attempting to get an amendment ratified or putting politicians on the record with a vote for legislation.
