It's been a while since I've posted, frens, but I still pray for you just about every day! Whoo hoo, Q is back! And we've never been so ready. These years we've - especially you True Anons who've remained vigilant in research and posting or broadcasting - cultivated a dedication to the truth that perseveres no matter what. Thank you, frens! ThankQ! God bless us all and protect us, in Jesus's name, as He guides us to shine our lights and to continually reveal truth. God bless you, True Anons and God bless you, Q team. May He bring you close to Him in love and goodness, readying us all for what may come and for what foundation-shaking truths or fictions may arise. May He give us all the courage to do what is right and good, in whatever ways we each can in our individual circumstances and in what ways we can TOGETHER. I love you all more than you know! Super odd that I had a strong compulsion to get on the boards yesterday. I never did, but here now.

Lawfag here. Just so you know, it's not an appeal. The Roe ruling was overturned by SCOTUS. Roe made abortion before 3 months, I believe it was 3 months, a constitutional right that states can't infringe upon. The Roe court had to jump through hoops to make the argument - basically using judicial activism, and basing the right to abortion largely on our constitutional right to privacy, among other con rights.. I will get back on and make a detailed post bc there's so much misunderstanding out there, down to the word "precedent". We elect our state reps, not SCOTUS. SCOTUS gave back to the states - and thus, to the people - the decision regarding abortion law. A person has an explicit con right to interstate travel - we're a republic for a reason - so a person is free to move or go elsewhere if they don't like the laws in their state.

You're right and wrong. Changes plenty. Now states don't have to make abortion legal through 3 months if they don't want to. Most states still allow abortion, too, but many that do only allow it through a certain gestational time, like up to 8 weeks ir what have you. Many states will continue allowing it abortion up to birth…. now, what Biden said about codifying abortion federally? If such a thing happened - and this is why the midterms are theoretically so important - it could or would effectively make the SCOTUS ruling moot.
