Obviously it depends what processing power you have got to do, but with the complexity of the salts used, I call bullshit on it being possible in anywhere near that timeframe.
The cost in equpment and electricity would be insane, far outweighing the tiny amount of revenue to be made by increasing traffic to the site.

Look retard, that is a 10 character tripcode, not a 10 character password, 2 completely different thnings. That tripcode is derived from a password of unknown length (seeing as it's q's i'm guessing it's pretty fucking strong) and a salt which is like 50 chars long.
I'm guessing you can also brute force my private bitcoin key on your lunchbreak?
