Dr. Robert Malone: Hospitals are sending your private medical data to Facebook

Patients should demand that their data not be entered into corruptible online or cloud-based systems.

An article entitled “Facebook Is Receiving Sensitive Medical Information from Hospital Websites” is one of the more shocking investigative pieces of the week to not make mainstream corporate media.

The authors document how there has been a tracking tool installed on many hospitals’ private website pages, which has been collecting patients’ health information. This includes medical conditions, prescriptions, and doctor’s appointments. This tool is then sending all that data to Facebook (and its parent company Meta).

The authors, who originally published in The Markup, found this tool was installed in 33 out of 100 of the top hospitals in the U.S. and on seven major medical systems, including “My Chart.” This means that a large percentage of hospitals have been directly sending patient data to Facebook (or Meta):

“The 33 hospitals The Markup found sending patient appointment details to Facebook collectively reported more than 26 million patient admissions and outpatient visits in 2020.”

To be clear, this is just the 33 hospitals that The Markup tested, not the hospital systems or the vast majority of hospital and doctor’s offices who use these large cloud based or networked software systems in the U.S.

In reading this, I was struck that patients should demand that their data not be entered into such systems; a movement to return to data entry systems that are not corrupted by Meta, Facebook, or Google needs to be jump-started.

Trudeau internet control: Bill C11 or the “online streaming act” will allow the Canadian government intervention to block websites, censor content, and go full authoritarian

It has been called a “regulatory power grab without precedent” and a “full-blown assault” on free expression and democracy. The Wall Street Journal quipped that it might erect a “great firewall of Canada.” Twitter has warned it would give our government the power to block websites as done in authoritarian countries like China, North Korea and Iran.

Like it or not, Ottawa seems determined to bring online communication in Canada under the thumb of federal bureaucrats. Its assault on the Internet began in earnest when the ruling Liberal-NDP coalition used its majority in Parliament to invoke closure and ram through the contentious Bill C-11, or Online Streaming Act, which passed third reading by a vote of 208-117 on Tuesday.

That’s just the beginning, however, as two more bills are lined up to provide even more regulation of the Internet. It’s enough to make your head spin, but the bottom line is that it would give Ottawa broad oversight of online activity in Canada. What could possibly go wrong?

Bill C-11 has attracted a legion of critics and may not get past some promised scrutiny by the Senate. Next in line is Bill C-18, the Online News Act, which would force Google and Facebook to pay Canadian news media for posting links to their articles because they are supposedly “stealing” them. More murky are Ottawa’s plans for legislation to combat “online harms,” which could prohibit otherwise legal communication.

The federal bureaucracy has already infiltrated the news business to a troubling extent, with the Canada Revenue Agency now deciding who is eligible for Ottawa’s $595 million media bailout announced in 2018.

Journalism Organizations and thus makes them eligible for federal handouts such as labour tax credits. You might be surprised by who made the list, which includes some unsavoury online outfits. Just don’t ask how much they get, because that’s when the Cone of Silence descends.

Bill C-11 would bring streaming services, most of which originate from the United States and have exploded in recent years from the original Netflix to also include Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Apple TV, under our Broadcasting Act. It would start by imposing the so-called “Netflix tax” which both major parties promised for years not to introduce.

Consumers could suffer a double whammy because, in addition to adding GST and PST to their monthly bills, streamers have promised to also pass along to subscribers any extra costs Parliament might impose on them, such as the new three percent digital services tax and the expense of meeting Canadian content requirements.

Obama-Biden advisor called for ‘planetary regime’ to control energy use

A ‘Planetary Regime,’ Dr. John Holdren and his colleagues imagined, ‘could control the development, administration, conservation, and distribution of all natural resources, renewable or nonrenewable.’

A top policy advisor for the Obama-Biden administration supported purposefully hiking gas prices to further a left-wing climate agenda and proposed “surrendering some national sovereignty to a world government.”

In a book he co-authored titled Ecoscience: population, resources, environment, Dr. John Holdren, Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy from March 2009 to January 2017, and his colleagues repeatedly discussed coercive government interventions to force people to use less energy, while contemplating the possibility of what they called a “Planetary Regime.”

As chief science advisor to the Obama-Biden administration, Holdren was responsible for advising and/or helping to make national security, homeland security, health, foreign relations, environmental, and other laws and policies for the U.S. government, as explained in a previous article in this series.

This article presents Ecoscience’s proposals for a global government to control natural resources – proposals that could have bearing on crises currently gripping the U.S. and the world.

Purposeful inflation for ‘climate change’ agenda

As was mentioned previously, not everything in Dr. Holdren’s book can be completely discussed in this article. However, because he might have been a major contributor to making U.S. federal laws and policies during the Obama-Biden administration, and because Mr. Biden is now President and Democrats control the federal government, it is worth mentioning Dr. Holdren’s statements on supporting the increase in price of gas and other energy. He and his colleagues wrote:

higher prices for energy … are needed to help promote conservation (Page 862)

And:

Some efforts at more efficient use of energy will come about automatically through the impact of higher energy prices (Page 864)

And:

No policy or combination of policies can deal successfully with these problems unless it incorporates as a central element a sharply reduced rate of growth of global energy use. (Page 928)

That is significant: government policies, according to Dr. Holdren and his colleagues, should have as a “central element” sharply reduced rate of growth of global energy use. That is definitely relevant to the current situation in the world after the draconian COVID-19 restrictions by governments increased the cost of energy. And summarizing another article which the authors recommend, they wrote:

If cars remain unrestricted and gasoline cheap, mass transit won’t help much with congestion or energy conservation. (Page 881)

Again the authors imply their support for increased gasoline costs as well as “restrictions” on cars. One might get the impression that the true intent of liberals’ support for electric automobiles is to eventually do away with the personal automobile altogether (page 866). Liberals’ support for abortion and other evils should be enough to result in nobody voting for them, but the quotations on support for higher gas prices and restrictions on cars are more examples of beliefs of liberal politicians which, if people knew how they planned to use their power if they were elected or appointed positions in the government, they would never get elected or appointed.

Retired Navy commander sentenced to 6 years federal prison for child pornography offense

A federal judge on Friday sentenced a retired U.S. Navy commander who graduated from the Naval Academy to six years of federal prison time after he admitted to possessing more than 90,000 images, along with thousands of videos, of child sexual abuse on electronic devices at his home.

Prosecutors said in court filings that Anne Arundel County police searched the Odenton home of 51-year-old Armando Ramirez, Jr., in 2020 after authorities said he requested child pornography files online using encrypted file-sharing software.

At Ramirez’s home, police seized multiple laptops, hard drives and a flash drive containing the files, which Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam K. Ake described in a court filing as a “huge trove” of child pornography.

“Some of the images and videos depicted the sexual abuse of toddlers,” a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland says.

Ramirez, a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, was charged with receipt of child pornography in July 2021 and pleaded guilty to a count at his September arraignment. His case remained sealed from public view until last month, when U.S. District Judge Ellen Hollander questioned attorneys as to why the case was sealed, court records say.

There was no evidence that Ramirez distributed or produced child pornography, Ake wrote in a court filing.

Ake and Ramirez’s lawyer, Joseph Murtha, suggested in sentencing documents that Ramirez was not likely to reoffend when he is released. Ake noted that Ramirez promptly accepted responsibility for the offense, complied with pre-trial supervision and submitted to psychological counseling.

“From his entry into the Naval Reserves after high school in order to enter into the Naval Academy Prep School, his matriculation and graduation from the United States Naval Academy, to his 30-year career in the United States Navy, [Ramirez] has dedicated his life to serving our country,” Murtha wrote in Ramirez’s sentencing memorandum.

Murtha filed several letters from Ramirez’s former colleagues and fellow midshipmen, who said they were disappointed with Ramirez’s actions, but expressed admiration towards his character and dedication to the service.

During his Naval career, Ramirez spent nearly 13 years either forward deployed or aboard ships, a former classmate and close friend wrote in a letter to the judge. He retired in 2019 after serving in Bahrain on the staff of the Navy’s Fifth Fleet commander. He previously held numerous posts throughout the branch, including a tenure at the Pentagon where he aided the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

=DHS warns of ‘weeks’ of violent attacks over abortion SCOTUS decision

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a warning that they expect violent extremist activity to carry on for weeks in reaction to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturning the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that extended some protections to abortion access.

On Friday night, the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis released a memo stating federal and state officials, including judges, are the most likely to be targeted by domestic violent extremists (DVEs), but that extremists may also target pregnancy resource centers and houses of worship.

“We expect violence could occur for weeks following the release,

particularly as DVEs may be mobilized to respond to changes in state laws and ballot measures on abortion stemming from the decision,” the memo said. The Office of Intelligence and Analysis said it reached this conclusion after noticing an uptick in violent behavior following a leak of the court’s draft decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson case in May.

“Federal and state government officials—including judges—and

facilities probably are most at risk for violence in response to the decision. In late May, a network of loosely affiliated suspected violent extremists, known as ‘Jane’s Revenge’ — which has been linked to arson attacks against the buildings of ideological opponents — shared a post online encouraging a ‘night of rage’ following the Supreme Court announcement, stating, ‘we need the state to feel our full wrath’ and ‘we need them to be afraid of us.'”

The memo noted one suspect is now awaiting trial after admitting to plotting to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh earlier this month. The memo also noted “Jane’s Revenge” claimed responsibility for a second vandalism incident on a building that houses a U.S. Representative’s campaign office and a pro-life advocacy group.

An individual is now awaiting trial for a plot in June to kill a US Supreme Court Justice in response to the draft opinion. A separate incident in Michigan involved vandalism claimed by “Jane’s Revenge” on a building that houses a U.S. Representative’s campaign office and a pro-life advocacy group.

“Faith-based organizations across the United States continue to report numerous criminal incidents against religious institutions connected to

abortion rights,” the memo states. “We are aware of at least 11 incidents of vandalism threatening violence targeting religious facilities perceived as being opposed to abortion, and one threat to ‘bomb’ and ‘burn’ a church in New York.”

UNRWA chief: 'We might not be able to pay salaries after September'

Commissioner-General of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) Philippe Lazzarini warned on Friday that his organisation might not be able to pay salaries for its employees after September.

Speaking to journalists following a donor meeting in New York, Lazzarini stated that more than a $100 million shortfall in funding for 2022 is almost the same shortfall that UNRWA has faced every year for the past decade.

During the meeting, reports conveyed that donors pledged about $160 million for UNRWA. However, it still needs over $100 million to support education for more than half a million children, offer primary healthcare for close to two million people and provide emergency cash assistance to the poorest refugees.

If the pledges come to fruition, Lazzarini explained, they would enable UNRWA to run its operations through September.

However, he said: "I do not know if we will get the necessary cash to allow us to pay the salaries after the month of September."

Lazzarini warned: "We are in an early warning mode. Right now, I'm drawing the attention that we are in a danger zone, and we have to avoid a situation where UNRWA is pushed to cross the tipping point because if we cross the tipping point, that means 28,000 teachers, health workers, nurses, doctors and engineers, cannot be paid."

The UNRWA chief explained how the UN agency deals with the hardships: "Today, we have some classrooms with up to 50 kids. We have a double shift in our schools. We have doctors who cannot spend more than three minutes in medical consultation. So if we go beyond that, it will force the agency to cut services."

He continued: "We are expected to provide government-like services to one of the most destitute communities in the region, but we are funded like an NGO because we depend completely on voluntary contributions."

Lazzarini blamed the risk of defunding on: "De-prioritisation, or maybe increased indifference, or because of domestic politics."

The solution to UNRWA's chronic financial problem, according to Lazzarini, requires "political will" to match the support for the agency's work on behalf of Palestinian refugees.

After US abortion ruling, Israeli minister slams Trump’s ‘dark, women-hating regime’

Labor leader Merav Michaeli says if abortion rights can be taken away in US, it can happen anywhere; as only female party leader, urges people to vote for her in next election

Labor party leader Merav Michaeli said Friday that the US abortion ruling was a result “of a dark and women-hating regime appointing judges,” in reference to former US president Donald Trump, and warned that a similar loss of rights could happen in Israel.

“Did you believe that such a thing could happen? And more importantly — did you women believe that such a thing could happen? That one of the world’s great democracies is taking us back to the dark days when a woman had no rights over her body,” Michaeli wrote in a post on social media after the US Supreme Court on Friday stripped away women’s constitutional protections for abortion.

The court’s overturning of the landmark Roe v. Wade court ruling is likely to lead to abortion bans in roughly half the states.

“Well, it’s happening. And it happens when women did not understand the meaning of Trump being in power. This is what it means. This is the result of a dark and misogynistic government appointing judges,” wrote Michaeli, who serves as transportation minister.

“It may seem to you that we have already achieved equality, and that women’s rights and human rights can never be taken away,” Michaeli went on. “Well, go there and see.

“And it’s not just the composition of the court. It’s who writes the rules, who distributes the resources. The judges overturned the ruling because the US Constitution does not mention a right to abortion. Guess what, the Constitution was written only by men, at a time when women still did not have the right to vote, be elected and write rules and constitutions.”

With Israel heading to elections, Michaeli used the opportunity to urge women to support her and her party.

“Today and here, too, women are still a minority among those who write and pass laws. We are still a minority in the government as well, and I am the only woman currently heading a party. We must not leave it like that. We must not remain in this inferior position,” she wrote. “We must not allow darkness, religious fanaticism and racism to take the place of our democratic values.”

Abortion is legal in Israel and funded by the government, although it is not easily accessible and women face a number of hurdles to access it.

“As the only woman to lead a political party in Israel, I know I will continue to fight my battles because I am not prepared for my country to change its face in the same way the US changed its face today,” Michaeli said. It is in our hands. It is time to join us to expel the darkness and create light.”

Blinken: State Department ‘fully committed’ to reproductive health in wake of Roe

Secretary of State Antony Blinken issued a rare statement commenting on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning the constitutional right to an abortion, committing to protecting reproductive health services for State Department staff and others around the world.

Blinken issued his statement late Friday evening while in Europe attending summits on global food security prior to joining President Biden for meetings with the Group of 7 (G-7) nations on Saturday.

The secretary said in his statement that he usually avoids commenting on Supreme Court rulings, but the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has “raised understandable questions and concerns across the world and within our workforce.”

“So let me be clear: under this Administration, the State Department will remain fully committed to helping provide access to reproductive health services and advancing reproductive rights around the world. And this Department will do everything possible to ensure that all our employees have access to reproductive health services, wherever they live,” he said in the statement.

The Supreme Court’s announcement on Friday to overturn the 1973 ruling of Roe v. Wade, which constitutionally guaranteed a woman’s right to access abortion, sparked an outpouring of emotion from supporters and detractors in the U.S. and across the globe.

Biden said the court was leading the country down an “extreme” path and said he would protect access to FDA-approved contraception and medication to end early pregnancies, as well as protect women who will travel across state lines to access abortion services.

U.S. allies abroad also reacted with shock at the ruling, with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson calling the court’s decision “a big step backward” and that it “will have an impact on people’s thinking around the world.”

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called the overturning of Roe “horrific” and French President Emmanuel Macron tweeted that “abortion is a fundamental right for all women.”

The U.K., Canada and France are part of the G-7, which also includes Germany, Japan and Italy.

‘My country changed her face’: Pelosi responds to abortion ruling with Israeli poem

US House speaker reads Ehud Manor poem after seismic Supreme Court decision; top Democrat previously quoted poet after Jan. 6 Capitol attack, met with his widow in Israel

The top Democrat in the US Congress quoted an Israeli poet and songwriter as she blasted the conservative-led US Supreme Court’s “outrageous and heart-wrenching” decision overturning the federally-guaranteed right to abortion Friday.

In an emotional news conference, an angered House Speaker Nancy Pelosi quoted Ehud Manor’s poem “I Have No Other Land” (“Ein Li Eretz Aheret” in Hebrew), which she previously read during a speech in the wake of the January 6 attack.

“I have no other country even though my land is burning. Only a word in Hebrew penetrates my veins and my soul, with an aching body and with a hungry heart,” she read.

“Here is my home. I will not be silent, for my country has changed her face,” a clearly emotional Pelosi said, before repeating “my country has changed her face.”

“I shall not give up on her. I will remind her and sing into her ears until she opens her eyes,” Pelosi said.

Nevada Certifies Primary Despite Major Election Validity Issues Raised by Poll Watchers and Voters

Chaos erupted during the Clark County Commissioners meeting yesterday, when voters and poll watchers (who were only allowed 3 minutes to talk each) testified to a multitude of reasons the primary election in Nevada that was just held was invalid. For over 2 and a 1/2 hours people testified to machine errors, ballot mistakes, lack of required transparency, and chain of custody issues so severe…it legally nullified the validity of the election per state law right out of the box.

Here are just some of the main issues raised, many of which ended up being corroborated by multiple witnesses:

• Despite a court order, poll watchers were not permitted to properly observe counting as workers often blocked their views with chairs, boxes, racks, and even used 6 foot temporary walls…including the adjudication room which is where election workers can manually manipulate ballots and decide votes.

• 44,000 voters were unable to vote for either party’s primary, because the DMV switched their ballots to non-partisan for no explained reason other than a “glitch” they did not even seem concerned about to remedy or fix.

• Because there is no ID needed to vote in Nevada, ballots are “certified” by unqualified election workers who were often seen rapidly clicking through “signature verifications” without even looking.

• Boxes were seen being loaded and unloaded and even a video was played, either without proper observation or after observers were already sent home for the night.

• Ballot envelopes were visibly and illegally marked with the precinct number and party, with Republican voters being personally identified by them, publicly announced for some reason, and then sent to certain designated boxes or machines and often experienced errors that were never resolved for the voters.

• Multiples of complaints from people who received ballots at home from people that hadn’t lived there in years, or who have never lived there at all.

After a couple hours of testimony like this, Election Czar Joe Gloria (who is the same person poll watchers believed caused all the election integrity issues in the first place) took to the mic to “declare” that it should be certified without ever addressing any of the claims that were just brought forth. After no discussion or deliberation, County Commissioners (some of which were on the ballot themselves and surprisingly “won” despite being unpopular for pushing lockdowns, mandates, and forced vaccinations) voted to certify the election anyway. As the room erupted in boos and anger, County Commissioners were seen laughing and smiling amongst each other. This entire exchange can be watched on video from the recorded live feed here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/123514066471442/permalink/337104518445728/

American Jews 'outraged' over Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade overturn

"Violates our rights as Jews to freely practice our religion" • "A direct violation of American values and Jewish tradition"

American Jewish organizations condemned the US Supreme Court's Friday decision to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that recognized a woman's constitutional right to an abortion and legalized it nationwide.

"This deplorable decision…violates our First Amendment right, as Jews, to freely practice our religion," rabbinic human rights organization T'ruah said in a statement released shortly after the news of the Supreme Court's decision broke.

"Reproductive freedom is a Jewish value," rabbi Jill Jacobs, CEO of T'ruah said. "According to Jewish law, abortion is not only permitted in at least some circumstances but even required if the life of the pregnant person is at risk."

"Reproductive freedom is a Jewish value"

Rabbi Jill Jacobs, CEO of T'ruah

A draft version of the ruling written by conservative Justice Samuel Alito indicating the court was likely to overturn Roe was leaked in May. US President Joe Biden condemned the overturning of Roe as a "radical" step and urged Congress to pass legislation protecting abortion access nationally.

Rabbi Jacobs called on the Biden administration to "take action where the Senate failed and to ensure equal access to abortion nationwide."

"This is a necessary step forward for racial justice, for abortion justice, and for religious freedom for all," Jacobs said.

The Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA) tweeted that the Supreme Court's decision "is an affront to our Jewish values and our religious freedom."

Jewish-American women will "continue to fight"

The National Council of Jewish Women vowed to "continue to fight" following the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

CEO Sheila Katz said the decision is a "moral failure" that will "put lives at risk."

"By overturning 50 years of precedent, safe and vital abortion care is now virtually inaccessible to millions of people who need it. In the weeks and months ahead, we will see the devastating impact this ruling will have on human lives."

“This egregious decision is a direct violation of both our American values and our Jewish tradition"

Sheila Katz, CEO of the National Council of Jewish Women

"This egregious decision is a direct violation of both our American values and our Jewish tradition," Katz continued. "Reversing the protections of Roe defies logic, morality, compassion and the fundamental right of all Americans to practice their religious beliefs without interference from the government."

By erasing abortion as a constitutional right, the ruling restores the ability of states to pass laws prohibiting it. Twenty-six states are seen as either certain or likely now to ban abortion, among them 13 states that already have trigger laws designed to ban abortion when Roe v. Wade is overturned.

In those states, "millions of people will have to face the harsh truth that they no longer have control over their lives and their bodies," Katz warned

What Could Go Wrong? Biden’s Handlers Allow Members of a Foreign Terrorist Organization to Enter the U.S.

Fifty people on the terror watch list have been apprehended at the Southern border so far this year, and there is no telling how many got across without being caught. And now Old Joe Biden’s handlers have opened up a new way for terrorists to get into the United States: Iran International English reported late Friday that “the Biden admin has decided to lift a controversial ban on the entry into US of Iranian men who’d been conscripted into IRGC, a Foreign Terrorist Organization, as part of their compulsory military service, as they don’t ‘pose a national security or public safety risk.’” The IRGC is Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, which the Trump administration designated a terrorist organization in 2019. In their avidity to roll back every last thing that Trump did, Biden’s handlers are once again actively endangering Americans.

This decision to allow certain IRGC members into the country is a compromise move designed to get the Iran nuclear deal negotiations moving again. Those negotiations were galloping forward, with the Biden team bent on appeasement and the Iranians getting all they wanted and then some. But then the Iranians, dizzy with success, got a little greedy and demanded that as a condition of the deal, the United States remove the Foreign Terrorist Organization designation from the IRGC. In a stunning and inexplicable development after an unbroken record of appeasement, the Biden team balked, and the negotiations stalled. Now, the United States is trying to get them going by allowing low-level IRGC members into the country while maintaining the terrorist designation.

This is, unsurprisingly, unwise. The IRGC was designated a terrorist organization with good reason. Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid issued a joint statement on March 18, declaring that the IRGC is “a terrorist organization that has murdered thousands of people, including Americans. We refuse to believe that the United States would remove its designation as a terrorist organization.” You refuse to believe that the United States would do such a thing? Gentlemen, Joe Biden is in the Oval Office.

Lapid and Bennett also noted that the IRGC “directs and instructs Hezbollah in Lebanon, Islamic Jihad in Gaza, the Houthis in Yemen and militias in Iraq, and that the body is responsible for attacks against American civilians and American forces throughout the Middle East, including in the past year.” They added, “They kill Jews because they are Jews, Christians because they are Christians, and Muslims because they refuse to surrender to them.”

Iran International added that “Secretary of Homeland Security and Secretary of State, in consultation with US Attorney General, concluded that the ban shall not apply with respect to an individual who provided insignificant or limited material support to an FTO (like IRGC) under routine social transactions.” So you see, all is well. Biden’s handlers are only allowing in IRGC members who were “conscripted” into the organization, and who didn’t help it all that much. So what could possibly go wrong?

Sen. Josh Hawley Predicts Dobbs Ruling Ends Corporatist-Social Conservative ‘Alliance’ in Washington

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) predicts the alliance between social conservatives and corporatists in Washington, DC, “is over today” following the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in the Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization case, which overruled the long-standing Roe v Wade decision from 1973.

In a press call, Hawley stated that he predicts “a major sorting out across the country” which “will probably redraw some demographic lines around the country and will lead to impacts in voting patterns” nationwide.

He continued:

I would predict the effect is going to be that more and more red states are going to become more red, purple states are going to become red, and the blue states are going to get a lot bluer. I would look for Republicans as a result of this, in time, to extend their strength in the Electoral College and that’s very good news for those of us who want to see Republican presidents elected and want to see the Supreme Court remain conservative, so I think this will have a pretty dramatic effect on American politics as we go forward.

One other aspect of that that I think is going to be pretty significant: For years on the conservative side of the ledger, social conservatives have been told that they had to form an alliance with the corporatists, the neo-liberals, in order to get elected. You know we were told repeatedly: “Well, we got to make common cause because if you social conservatives want to have any chance of seeing Roe overruled you’ve got to have conservative judges and justices appointed, so you’ve got to go along with a globalist corporatist program.” I think that alliance is over today.

There’s no reason for social conservatives to go along with a corporatist agenda that frankly never had much support in the country and that you see conservative voters increasingly turning away from. So I think the globalist-corporatist agenda that has been a free rider in the Republican coalition for years now, I think is in serious jeopardy today because what use is that wing, it’s really not even a wing because it doesn’t account for hardly any voters in our coalition.

But I think you’re going to see a sorting out within the conservative coalition where social conservatives, cultural conservatives, will become much stronger and more prominent because frankly they are the ones who delivered here. This is their victory today. I think the skepticism you see in that coalition towards big business, towards the multi-national corporations, and all that that entails, I think that will become more pronounced as we go forward, and I look forward to that.

The case is Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, No. 19-1392 in the Supreme Court of the United States.

New Evidence Implicates CIA, LAPD, FBI and Mafia as Plotters in Elaborate “Hit” Plan to Prevent RFK From Ever Reaching White House

Yet even after over 50 years, high government officials like Vice President Kamala Harris are still trying to cover up the truth about his murder.

“The color of the Statue of Liberty

Grows ever more deathly pale

As, loving freedom with bullets,

You shoot at yourself, America.”

– Yevgeny Yevtushenko, “The Freedom to Kill,” 1970.

On June 5, 1968, a few minutes after midnight, Robert Kennedy was shot and killed at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles while walking through a narrow serving area called “the pantry.” Kennedy had just won the California primary and was on his way to a room where print media reporters were waiting to hear him speak.

In early March, Lyndon B. Johnson had thrown open the race by announcing that he would not seek re-election because of the failure of his Vietnam policy. Kennedy emerged as a leading contender by energizing the youth wing of the party with his calls for sweeping social change.

Kennedy was in many ways a strange liberal icon because he grew up idolizing Herbert Hoover, was closest in his family to his father, Joseph, the millionaire business tycoon, began his career supporting Joseph McCarthy’s anti-communist witch-hunt, called for victory against communism in Vietnam in the early 1960s.

Nevertheless, by the latter part of the 1960s, Kennedy had evolved into a crusader for the poor and dove on Vietnam who was trying to ride the wave of the protest movement into the White House.[1]

Biographers Lester and Irene David wrote that Bobby was the Kennedy who “felt deepest, cared the most, and fought the hardest for humanity—crying out against America’s involvement in the Vietnam War, championing the causes of blacks, Hispanics, and Mexican-Americans, and crusading against the suffering of children, the elderly and anyone else hurt or bypassed by social and economic progress.”[2]

After Kennedy’s death, the Democratic Party became a shadow of its former self, with six of the next nine presidents being Republicans. The Party in this period abandoned its core base—union laborers, minorities, and blue-collar workers—focusing instead on Wall Street.[3]

Official Version of Assassination

According to the official version, Kennedy was shot and killed by a lone gunman, Sirhan Sirhan, a 24-year-old Palestinian-born Jordanian citizen who was allegedly aghast by Kennedy’s recent decision to send 50 jet bombers to Israel to do harm to the Palestinians.

According to his mother, Sirhan had been traumatized as a child by the violence of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. His family home in East Jerusalem was destroyed by an Israeli bombing raid and he had witnessed the death of his older brother, who was killed by a Jordanian military vehicle that was swerving to escape Israeli gunfire.[4]

Professional football player Roosevelt Grier and 1960 Olympic gold medalist Rafer Johnson were among several men who subdued and disarmed Sirhan after a struggle.

Subsequently, he was arrested and convicted of the murder.

The prosecution during his trial—led by World War II hero Lynn “Buck” Compton who was subsequently appointed by Governor Ronald Reagan as Justice of the California Court of Appeals[5]—showed that Sirhan was seen at the Ambassador Hotel on June 3, two nights before the attack, to learn the building’s layout, and that he visited a gun range on June 4.

Alvin Clark, Sirhan’s garbage collector, testified that Sirhan had told him a month before the attack of his intention to shoot Kennedy—a fact seemingly confirmed by diaries that Sirhan kept which showed premeditation.

Sirhan initially confessed to the killing but later claimed to have no memory of it. After the events transpired, he had appeared calm, but not “in complete control of his mind.”

Sirhan’s death sentence was commuted to a life prison sentence and he was denied parole fifteen times, though recommended for release on August 27, 2021 after over fifty years behind bars.

Defiant Pentagon Chief Says He Will “Evaluate” Defense Department Policies in Response to Supreme Court’s Decision to Overturn Roe v Wade

Defiant Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin on Friday said he will evaluate the Defense Department’s policies in response to the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade.

According to federal law, troops cannot use their Tricare health insurance to pay for abortions.

Furthermore, female servicemembers will only have access to private medical facilities that perform abortions in states that allow the procedure following the Supreme Court’s ruling on Roe v Wade.

Lloyd Austin is now evaluating the Defense Department’s policies to make sure female servicemembers are provided ‘seamless access to reproductive health care as permitted by federal law.’

“Nothing is more important to me or to this Department than the health and well-being of our Service members, the civilian workforce and DOD families,” the Pentagon chief announced. “I am committed to taking care of our people and ensuring the readiness and resilience of our Force. The Department is examining this decision closely and evaluating our policies to ensure we continue to provide seamless access to reproductive health care as permitted by federal law.”

Politico reported:

Female troops seeking the procedure already face steep hurdles to getting the care they need: They cannot get abortions at military medical facilities, and federal law also prevents troops from using their Tricare health insurance to cover the cost of the procedures at private facilities, unless the life of the mother is at risk due to the Hyde Amendment.

Another challenge is that women in the military can’t easily — or discreetly — leave their stations to travel to a different state to obtain the procedure.

But those rules are all up to the individual services. Defense Secretary LLOYD AUSTIN’s office is taking the lead on formulating any new policies for how female servicemembers stationed in states that have outlawed abortion can or can’t transfer elsewhere or receive the procedure, two defense officials told POLITICO.

No one wants a repeat of the last two years of service-by-service Covid policies that were confusing and in constant flux, according to one of the officials.

In an afternoon statement, Austin said that “nothing is more important to me or to this Department than the health and well-being of our Service members, the civilian workforce and DOD families. I am committed to taking care of our people and ensuring the readiness and resilience of our Force. The Department is examining this decision closely and evaluating our policies to ensure we continue to provide seamless access to reproductive health care as permitted by federal law.”

Democratic lawmakers, meanwhile, are working to shore up protections for these troops, but their effort faces stiff resistance from colleagues across the aisle.
