Jackson-Lee in a press conference just said she will be seeking to push [Biden], based on research her legal team is doing now, to whether or not there has been an infringement on a Constitutional right, and determine if the president can issue an executive order guaranteeing abortion. Says they are doing this 'research' now. kek
