I was off computer for a bit spending time with family, so I just am catching up on what I missed the past 3 hours.
DOJ just appealed Judge Nichols' ruling to dismiss obstruction of an official proceeding count against a J6er. Nichols is the only district court judge to dismiss the count; all others have denied motions to dismiss. Huge downstream consequences if DC Circuit backs Nichols:
