Actually, Gary Johnson (Libertarian) was a bigger factor than HRC. Politico has an excellent breakdown of election results. Go to any particular state (you can click on Detailed Results for county-by-county info).

Politico has a nice US map of election results by state but I couldn't find a county-by-county map on their site. Go to this one below for county-by-county versions and several others (like by population).
