This post had just a name - Charles McCullough - and I recognized it from the FBI HRC investigatation.

I Charles McCullough iii was Assistant Inspector General for Investigations and Special Inquiries at the National Security Agency/ Central Security Service (NSA/CSS). In that context, he signed an NDA on 7/10/15 relating to HRC Private Email server and mishandling of sensitive information. (FBI Hillary part 17, page 14)

I'm off to dig some more - he isn't talked about much and I'm re-energized to find out why his name was dropped off.
