And no, ending the discussion would imply that you are correct, when you do not know the first thing about why to cycle salts. You're going to say that selectively Q's salt was NOT cycled, which would mean there is NO INCENTIVE to post as exactly as there wasn't before OR it WAS cycled but the ILLUSION was maintained of having the old tripcode meanwhile all OTHER users had their tripcode change. In THAT scenario that is nothing preventing anyone from saying that the site is compromised because the evidence is right there in having to special case Q's salt OR FABRICATE AN IDENTITY to keep the old tripcode OR special case the code and show the old tripcode even though different tripcode.
