Here is a simple premise that is true:

1. different peoples have different attributes

2. different peoples have different interests

3. even if a person different to a group, believes they have the other group's best interests in mind, they cannot reliably act so as, being not of that group, they cannot truly know its desires, interests and needs.

What follows from this, is that outsiders having position of influence and rule over one's own group is to the detriment of your group.

This is true no matter which races, cultures and religions are involved.
