It's actually in Q's best interest to keep delta-0's low. The odds of it must be low enough to be able to prove identity through causal setup. It's a tool to be used when necessary, and not only that but future lack of tripcode use would by itself prove they were in control.
We exist at the most dangerous time wherein there IS someone in control of it by all appearances, but they have NOT re-verified their tripcode.
