Only 3 congresscritters showing up for Priestap?
It sounds like our congress just wants this whole thing to go away, and are actively ignoring it. They have done this very often, but usually it is one side or the other (dem/rep) doing the ignoring.
The uniparty system (dems and neocons/rinos) are pretty nakedly giving Trump the finger here.
Tons of crumbs with "military tribunals" and similar phrases - how exactly is that going to happen if congress just ignores and refuses to participate? And the DOJ is corrupted and trying to outright stonewall or at least slow walk everything?
What mechanism enables this to happen if the government players simply refuse to participate? Doing that will isolate the entire Trump executive.
