This statement is WRONG on many counts.

Warm engine blocks do not rise more than cold engine blocks. That error/example is self explanatory.

 

Even to say warm air rises, is not correct because that is only true if ALL other variables are equal and that does not always happen outside a controlled experiment in a laboratory.

 

It WOULD be correct to say that heat moves from where there is more heat to where there is less heat.

 

Thermal Dynamics may not be your strong suit.
