I'm extremely disappointed this has barely been mentioned here today. My world has been lighting up about WV v EPA.

I try not to get my hopes up but it's the potentially biggest BOOM ever. Like 2/3rds of the gov't are unelected finks, tomorrow they could all be told their services are no longer considered legal or constitutional.

AK just passed their budget today, lots of money going to oil and mineral exploration and production. Possibly a very good sign about what the ruling for WV v EPA will be tomorrow.
