no, that's not really implied at all. being locked out is not the same as being impersonated.. if anyone used Q's tripcode and Q returned, why wouldn't they explicitly state that the prior posts were fake? do you see how the vagueness is in line with the other fake Q's vagueness?
well the specific details of the fuckery are unprecedented (salt rotation, Jim as admin and related sketchiness), as well as the surrounding context (POTUS being out of office, Q's 18 month hiatus).
