Sometimes I have to recaptcha 10 times per board, thus giving me a new ID. Plus the captcha is a PIA, the disclaimer should be at bottom and all relevant controls should be together so one doesn't have to scroll or resize: the captcha label, the inputbox, submit button, and the checkbox
They should also not red text when you get it wrong as it shifts the page. Poor UI design choices.
