Carbon Monoxide Deaths?

Carbon monoxide is a byproduct of incomplete combustion (low oxygen levels) and CO poisoning/death can happen with poorly maintained furnaces, enclosed spaces, etc. But at a Sandals Resort in the Bahama's?
