There are numerous CEMEX properties in the west Florida area.

There is a CEMEX property just north of the Broward County Sheriff's Department with suspicious rows of shipping containers. The containers appear to be in a central position surrounded by growth and random dirt path access trails. The property does not have the layout of a concrete yard.

There is also a CEMEX location with ocean port water access – import / export.
