Anyone else from the Central Valley in CA? Weather has been so, so unusually mild this year. Semi-dry winter, but a nice and rainy spring with a gradual transition into summer, instead of 100 degrees by early May, we were still in the 80s. It's early June now and still cooler than normal, especially at night. HAARP either reversed into doing something good, or it's just a lucky year.

I always suspected they were using HAARP on CA when I first learned about it. Insane drought and heat here, didn't used to be this bad when I was a kid. We've always had short Spring and Fall but they practically erased it. We've always had our 4 inches of rain per year (all we need, we have snow capped mountains nearby) but they tried to bring it down below 2 in. Really made this state Hell.
