Remember what Q has said a few times re:
"Peace through strength"? To me that means that, at least for the sake of public optics, we must still appear strong in order to reach a peaceful agreement with NK. Iran, etc..but behind the scenes POTUS is undoubtedly dealing with them in a way that still allows them their dignity. The deal has already been done….we are watching a movie, dammit.
