Wow, some good memories. I started with a vic20 then huge upgrade to the c64 (miss that one). Never attempted memory upgrade on them (although I had the worst luck with pwrsuplys). Remember working those boot dsks with various autoexec and configsys trimming mem for various programs. Now i have a gazillion bkgrnd prgms running that MS has made virtually impos to track down and cull out. Miss the days of what you boot/load is what you got.
