Founding Fathers were tippy top. Designed a self correcting government, albeit it takes material time to turn the ship. The self correction can only be prevented via radically changing the system, which people notice and reject. There are no riots for the same reason Roe was never codified by Congress. Too many people don’t like abortion. Abortion also doesn’t rally the blacks or allow for masks. Folks are certainly being shown the establishments policies are dog shit, I’m just uncertain how far these creatures are willing to take it.
