Does any anon know of a natural remedy for really bad Vertigo? I have Tinnitus from working with loud turbo diesel water pumps over the years which gives me debilitating Tinnitus at times.

Dunno.. I do know that Tinnitus leads to vertigo though. It sent me to the E.R. once a few years back. The worst feeling in the world. I get it maybe once a month completely laying me out.
Meclizine helps a lot sometimes, but makes me sleepy AF
I use one of these and have noticed I've not had it as much.
