Back in the day I came across a site that collected all unsecure webcams/security cameras around the world and you could just scroll through them all coming across the weirdest things. I didn't come across anything but many people took screenshots of voyeuring into nude women chilling in their kitchen or bedroom. Always make sure your cameras are secure and if you're a n00b put some electrical tape over unused cameras/microphones.

You'd have to be really bored to scour all the webcams for content, I was bored in a few min but it was totally legal because the laws considered it 'public'. Probably it was recognized as something creepy and shut down later though.
