R Kelly sentencing of 30 years indicates Ghislaine received a reduced sentence for providing substantial assistance in investigating another. Court has to calculate a sentencing range in a PSR but that’s not made available to public. Court also has to produce a Statement of Reasons (SOR) explaining why a sentence would fall outside the sentencing range in the PSR. Again, SOR is not made available to public, in theory because it might indicate the defendant was a rat. Logical conclusion for MSM would be she ratted, but they don’t cover it that way. Only other explanation to a shorter sentence is corruption, and MSM doesn’t cover it that way either. One could easily argue there are clearly ongoing cases, so hope is alive. Or it’s all corrupt. But why show it?
